Meet Mr Plystre. A tiny person made by me with love. I even gave him a hat, he told me that he loves it. He is so sweet, different, but sweet. I like him.
But the other day he disappeared. He was gone, until I opened my small cabinet where I keep my matches. There he was, sad and lonely. Not trapped, just lonely.

He told me that he felt like he did not belong here, that he felt different and that he knew where to go. I told him that I would always love him and that he had to do what felt right for him. Poor thing.
So he told me, he was going to Gøteborg. To Camilla Engman. He never met her, but he loves her work and he had a feeling that her characters would understand him. I hope they do. He does not need much. If I know him right he will be happy just getting a place in a drawer.
So of he went the next morning. My Mr. Plystre. The sun was shining on his hat.

New skirt for my lamp made from one of my favorite fabrics. Its really easy to make, so here´s some DIY for you in the autumn sun/rain: Just measure the bottom of the shade so the fabric will fit tight. Sew the fabric together and make place for the elastic band in top and bottom of the skirt. Make sure that the fabric is higher than the actual shade, that way it will make a hole for the light in the bottom. The larger the fabric is the smaller the hole. Wish you luck :)

A nice reader of mine commented on Almas bottles shown below, and told me that they contain Bisphenol A (BPA). After reading the study, I´m throwing mine away. Here´s a list (Norwegian) over the safe ones.
Thank you for letting me know! And that reminds me to take a closer look into new stuff before I recommend it. Scary!

Sweet & wonderful, just perfect. I guess I feel like every mom does :)
This blog is getting more and more baby pictures, but I promise you some interior soon. The couch has arrived and we are so happy. So when the house is tidy and everything is on place I´ll give you a small house-tour. Of to some housework!
